At the conclusion of this learning experience, students will be able to:

1.  Define the term electrocardiography and be able to             describe the electrical conduction system of the heart.

2. Correlate electrical events in the heart with the waveform represented in a normal EKG.

3. Gain basic understanding of EKG interpretation through waveform measurement, analysis, and correct rate computation of cardiac rhythm strips.

4. Understand and identify lethal cardiac arrhythmia waveforms.

This website was designed and developed to facilitate understanding of basic EKG interpretation through the combined technologies of video and presentation software,in addition to web-based interactive games and blogging as part of a graduate course teaching with technology project for
the University of Central Florida.
